GLOBALNGINEERING RETURN POLICY

You may return new, unopened covers sold and fulfilled by GLOBALNGINEERING within 90 days of delivery, according to the following rules.

Any item returned after 90 days cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We do not refund any shipping cost, this also applies whether you are exchanging or returning. The cost of return shipping has to be handled by you or will be deducted from your refund.

Items that are returned in their original condition are subject to the following rules:

  • Any item in original condition that is returned within 30 days after delivery: refund less a restocking fee of 35%.
  • Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days but less than 89 days after delivery: store credit less a restocking fee of 50%. The store credit is valid for a 12 months period upon issuance.
  • Any item in original condition that is returned more than 90 days after delivery: Will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: Will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
